Refund policy

At Arohi Jewel, we value your trust and satisfaction. We take utmost care in crafting and delivering each product, and we’ve outlined our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process in the rare event of an issue.


1. General Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

  • Return, exchange, or refund requests will only be accepted in cases where the error is on our part, supported by valid proof.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  • Refunds are not available on international orders.


2. Return, Exchange & Refund Eligibility

Valid Claims Only If:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Proof Required:

A complete unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:

  • Start from the sealed package and run continuously without cuts, filters, or edits.

  • Clearly show your name, address, and the invoice.

This proof must be emailed to arohijewel@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be considered.

Refund Details:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the same product is out of stock, you may choose to wait for restocking or opt for a refund (excluding shipping charges).

Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Size-related concerns.

  • Packages still in transit.

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners.

  • Orders that have been processed and shipped correctly.


3. Items Not Covered Under Policy

  • Sale or discounted products.

  • Items that have been used or tampered with.

  • Return shipping costs exceeding ₹80 (covered only if the mistake is from our side and valid proof is provided).


4. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

  • Arohi Jewel is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

  • No refunds will be issued for prepaid orders refused at the time of delivery.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service. Arohi Jewel is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Additional Terms

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping or contact details provided by the customer, only 50% of the product value will be refunded within 15–20 business days.

  • Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Arohi Jewel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the latest version available on our website.
