Returns & Warranty
We offer exchanges or gift cards only—no refunds. Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. For damaged or wrong products, an unboxing video is mandatory. Gift cards are valid for 15 days.
